Life @ BITROCK in the era of Covid-19

The Covid-19 health emergency caused an inevitable global shutdown with serious consequences for companies, investors, supply chains and human resources functions. What started as a limited business interruption, due to the limited number of cases and geographic areas, soon began to affect most – if not all – companies.

At Bitrock we are doing our best to overcome the difficult challenges this troubled period is causing.

Thanks to the experience of our team and the relationship of trust we have built over time with partners and collaborators, we are able to continue working and delivering, counting on the human and professional value of our employees. By following smart working best practices, we are able to work on our ongoing projects while remaining at home, thus respecting the guidelines of the authorities and our community.

Digital initiatives for the empowerment of people

In these weeks of unusual working conditions, we have also tried to give social relations their due importance. Since the office is where we spend most of our daily time surrounded by colleagues, we decided to give our team the opportunity to continue interacting in our brand new Bitrock_VirtualOffice. A free and shared virtual space where we can have a chat, even if we are all far away from our usual workplace.

Because we firmly believe in the importance of connections, we have also decided to inaugurate online teambuilding events: interactive activities dedicated to a wide range of topics, during which we will have the opportunity to learn new things, have fun and, above all, be together – even if only virtually.
